Maia R. Mengel, Esq. was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 2010. Ms. Mengel is currently an associate in the PIP litigation department of Flynn & Associates, P.C.
A native of Pennsylvania, Ms. Mengel is a graduate of Strath Haven High School. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2007. Ms. Mengel received her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware in 2010.
During law school, Ms. Mengel was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and was awarded Best written Brief in the Moot Court New Member Competition. She was also a legal intern at the Defender Association of Philadelphia. Also during law school, she participated in the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic, for Family law, as a Certified Legal Intern.
Ms. Mengel’s legal career has been focused in the field of Personal Injury Protection (PIP).

In her leisure time, Maia enjoys being with family, friends, and her pet bunny, Oliver McNuggets. She also enjoys drawing, writing, dancing, music, travel, and watching her favorite sports teams.
