Ruby Delarosa was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2017. Her primary areas of expertise are in Workers Compensation and Personal Injury. Mrs. Delarosa is from the Dominican Republic and is fluent in Spanish, bringing further assistance to our Spanish-speaking clients.

Mrs. Delarosa is a New Jersey native, being born in Trenton and raised in Newark, NJ. She attended Delaware Law School Widener University and obtained her Juris Doctorate with a concentration in Health and Family Law. While at Widener, Mrs. Delarosa founded the First Generation Law Student Association, and was an executive member of LALSA, Widener’s Latin American Law Student Association. After law school, Mrs. Delarosa served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Daniel A. Bernardin, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Camden County Superior Court.

Professional Organizations

Mrs. Delarosa is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and of the Hispanic Bar Associations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the New Jersey Association for Justice or NJAJ.

Beyond the Practice of Law

Outside of work, Mrs. Delarosa mentors 2-3 Rutgers Law School law students per year, and participates in annual Breast Cancer and Lupus walks in her hometown. She enjoys experiencing new foods, traveling, and hiking with her husband and daughter.
